看到康熙來了柯以柔分享的米布丁,感覺材料跟做法都很簡單
迫不急待想試試:P
不過,她的米布丁上還鋪了一層完美的脆焦糖液,再灑上抹茶粉
我的焦糖第一次煮失敗,也買不到抹茶粉
不過,很濃郁,也算是半成功吧:P


One day I saw KerYiRou made Rice Pudding on a TV show.
The ingredients and directions seem simple.
I can’t wait to try. :P
But on her Rice Pudding there is a layer of perfect crisp sugar.
And matcha powder is sprinkled on it.
I failed to make the sugar and can’t found matcha powder.
However, my rice pudding is quite thick. It might be half-successful. :P

【米布丁‧Rice Pudding】

材料: (做出來份量約四個統一布丁杯)
    白飯 110克
    鮮奶 500克
    糖 適量

Ingredients:
    Rice 110g
    Milk 500g
    Sugar


做法:1. 將白飯放進鮮奶裡,加熱煮滾,變成稠狀大約10分鐘。
        2. 加入適量白糖後,以果汁機打匀,即可裝杯放涼!
        P.S.可依喜好灑上抹茶粉或淋上蜂蜜、黑糖、巧克力醬、草莓醬..

Directions:
1. Combine rice and milk. Heat about 10 mins until boiled and become thick.
2. After adding appropriate amount of sugar, use juicer to beat it well.
Then separated into different cups and cool it down.
P.S. Can sprinkle with matcha powder, honey, brown sugar, chocolate jam, or strawberry jam.

有人覺得不錯,但有人不喜歡

Some people like it, but some don't.
 

我覺得吃起來像黏稠沒凝固的奶酪
味道濃郁,其實還不錯

I think it tastes like thick & non-solidified Panna Cotta.
Rich flavor! Actually it's pretty great.

還特地到大創買了一個秤子
有時指針會跑掉
但怕會三分鐘熱度~ 所以就價格跟功能這還算是個不錯的東西
 

I go to DAISO to buy a weigher especially.
Sometimes the indicator is not accurate.
But I may be with non-lasting interest on it, so it's really a good one for the price and function.
